Sewage back-up in Ocean City, NJ

This sewage back-up affected a total of 3 rooms and common areas in an assisted living home. This was category 3 water, so it was treated as a biohazard situation. It was a combination of solid waste and water damage.  The tenant of this unit did not make the administration aware of this damage until several days after this happened.  This picture was taken 4 days after the initial loss. The cleaning and drying took only 3 days, and secondary damage was prevented by our quick response time.  The tenant was able to move back into their unit with minimal downtime.
