Randy F., Reconstruction Manager

Randy is a Reconstruction Manager. He started with SERVPRO about 5 years ago as an Assistant  Reconstruction Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of the rebuild process, which is the reconstruction after any damage is repaired. Randy is a veteran, having served in the United States Army. He lives in Vineland and enjoys travelling and watching sports.

Minerva Alvarado, Marketing Development Manager

Minerva is our Marketing Development Manager. She joined the SERVPRO team in January, 2015. She oversees marketing and advertising for 11 SERVPRO Team Fabiani Franchises in Southern NJ, Southeast Pennsylvania and Northeast Pennsylvania, which cover the following territories in NJ: Atlantic City, Hamilton Twp., Hammonton, Haddon Heights, Voorhees, Cape May County. and Cumberland County. In Southeast PA: King of Prussia, Eastern Main Line, Bala Cynwyd, University City, Overbrook, Wynnefield, and Center City Philadelphia. In Northeast PA: Southern Monroe County, Pike County and NE Monroe County.

Minerva manages the social media, digital marketing and website development for all of the Team Fabiani Franchises and is specifically responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for the New Jersey Business Development Team.

She is active in her community and serves as the Corporate Secretary and Co-chair of the Hispanic Business Committee for the Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce; Board Member and Public Relations Committee member for Gateway Community Action Partnership, and is a member of the Partnerships and Recognition Committee member for the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Minerva is an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army Vineland Corps where she also serves on the Turkey Drive Committee - a grass-roots initiative serving thousands of food-insecure families every year. She volunteers for the M25 Initiative in Bridgeton and support many other philanthropic causes in South Jersey.

Minerva is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling, cooking, paper crafting, and family time with her son. She was born and raised in Vineland and currently resides in Winslow Township, NJ.

Daniel G., Crew Chief

Daniel has been with this SERVPRO team for over five years. He has worked in the cleaning and restoration industry for 10 years. Dan also helps to coordinate crews to assist our franchises in Atlantic City and Voorhees. As a recent new-home owner, Dan enjoys doing home-improvement projects in his Cumberland County home.

Rogerio G., Crew Chief

Rogerio is a Crew Chief and has been with SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties for over 10 years. Rogerio pays attention to the details and our production technicians enjoy working with him. Our customers love him, too! Rogerio is fluent in Spanish and when he isn't working in the field, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Harold Lapp, Jr., Business Development Representative

Harold joined the SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in 2017 as a Business Development Representative.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Harold was employed for a mold remediation and water proofing company, worked in the Telecom Industry for twelve years both as a sales consultant and sales supervisor, operated and owned a small town newspaper for five years and managed a portrait and social event studio for 16 years.

Harold is active with the Chambers of Commerce for Cape May County, Lower Township, Greater Wildwood, and Ocean City. Currently, Harold resides in Little Egg Harbor with his wife, Diane.

David Brace, Business Development Representative

David joined SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties in 2019. As a Disaster Recovery Team® member, he oversees large losses in and around the counties of Cumberland and Cape May and Southern New Jersey. Dave's prior experience managing commercial accounts means he understands the needs and concerns of our commercial clients.

He is a member of the New Jersey Food Processors Association, New Jersey Schools Buildings & Grounds, Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey.

Before joining SERVPRO, Dave was self-employed in sales for 12 years and prior to owning his own business, he worked in Sales for AmeriGas.

David is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He enjoys playing golf and coaching local children’s athletic teams. David lives in Ocean City, New Jersey with his daughter Meilyn and son, Joe.
