Have a Seasonal Business and the Pipes Freeze?

This loss was in a seasonal restaurant that was closed for the winter. As many seasonal businesses do, they shut off their utilities including water, heat and electric. Once the temperature dropped they had a hot water heater pipe break in the ceiling of their dining room affecting the attic, dining room, service area, bathroom and crawlspace. The sooner a water loss is properly cleaned up and dried, the less likely to have secondary damage.
