What does 1-4-8 mean? It means 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours. What this means is when a loss is reported to SERVPRO, a Franchise Professional will contact you within one hour of your call to arrange for service.

We also promise that within 4 hours of being notified about your loss, a Franchise Professional will be on-site to start mitigation services. We're always open, so we'll be there any time, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Last but not least, within 8 hours of arriving on-site, a Franchise Professional will communicate a verbal briefing of the restoration plan (could be to you, the customer, the person responsible for billing, or the insurance adjuster). *Exceptions are catastrophic events, and emergency storm situations.
